Eagle-eyed fans have spotted what appears to be a map of Vice City in the key art for GTA 6.
Sharp-eyed enthusiasts have noticed a potential glimpse of GTA 6’s map in the recently unveiled key art, showcasing Lucia and Jason perched on a car hood.
In a community eagerly awaiting confirmation of a new Grand Theft Auto since the release of Red Dead Redemption 2 five years ago, fans have meticulously dissected the reveal trailer, unearthing intriguing details. From Lucia’s ankle monitor hinting at potential map restrictions to an enigmatic reference to a Red Dead Online character, the key art may conceal something more significant.
On the GTA 6 subreddit, Redditor InevitableLibrary387 shared an image of the sole key art piece released for GTA 6, featuring Lucia and Jason gazing into the distance on a car hood. In the post, they suggest that the bottom right corner of the image might offer a preliminary look at the game’s map, albeit with limited detail.
While the subreddit is rife with memes and playful theories about the game’s features, a closer inspection of the key art reveals that InevitableLibrary387 is serious. The image seems to depict a map affixed to a structure in the corner, although it lacks distinct landmarks and clarity.
Although challenging to discern specific details due to the absence of labeled landmarks and lower image quality, the map appears to outline the general shape of Leonida or the surrounding area where Jason and Lucia find themselves. Some fans have upscaled the map, revealing multiple islands and extensive land beyond what appears to be a few cities.
If the observed details in the key art indeed represent a map, it becomes a subtle yet significant revelation from Rockstar Games, providing a glimpse into the map’s size and layout. While it falls short of offering a definitive preview of the 2025 gaming landscape, it stands as the most substantial clue provided thus far.
