Releasing in March, there are still Paldea Adventure Chest pre-orders out there if you need one.

Even though 2024 is yet to begin, the anticipation is already building for an exhilarating year in the world of Pokemon TCG. Recently unveiled are new stacking tins set to launch in the upcoming year, and for those fortunate enough to stumble upon them, pre-orders for Paldean Fates products are also available. While I initially expected a similar scenario for the Paldea Adventure Chest, which was revealed a couple of weeks ago, as we approach the end of 2023, pre-orders for this new set are still open.

Although GameStop seems to have exhausted its stock of the Adventure Chest for the time being, you can still secure a pre-order for the product through the link provided to its Best Buy store page, ensuring you’re ready for its release in March. Priced at $49.99, this purchase offers more than just a visually appealing box featuring Pikachu and Pawmo. Inside, you’ll discover seven foil promo cards, including Sprigatito ex, Tandemaus, and Maushold ex.

In addition to the guarantee of adding seven shiny new cards to your collection, the Adventure Chest also includes six booster packs, accounting for nearly half of its total value. The box further contains a sheet of stickers and a special edition squishy Pikachu toy. If you manage to catch this information in time for a pre-order, be prepared to exercise some patience, as the chest’s release date is set for March 1, 2024.

As we look ahead to the first few months of 2024, the focus may well be on various TCG products, as there seems to be a limited offering on the Pokemon front at the moment. However, this is likely to change in the coming months, with the anticipation that The Pokemon Company might be saving major announcements for Pokemon Day on February 27.

Moreover, it’s plausible that The Pokemon Company is awaiting Nintendo’s announcement of its new console before revealing the projects it has collaborated on with Game Freak. If you’ve already pre-ordered all the TCG products you desire but still have Pokemon funds to spare, you might want to explore the recent collaboration between the franchise and the high-end fashion brand Fendi.
