Rumors are swirling about a surprising twist in the world of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, with hints of characters from the highly-anticipated Diablo 4 making an appearance in the upcoming Halloween event and final season.
This isn’t the inaugural journey for Call of Duty into the realm of guest characters, as it has previously showcased renowned athletes, artists, and even characters from different video games, such as Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Lara Croft from Tomb Raider

As Season 6 approaches for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone, the community is abuzz with speculation. Data miners have been digging into the game’s code after the latest update, revealing possible inclusions of characters from Diablo 4 such as Lilith and Butcher. This has led to speculation of a thrilling crossover event coinciding with the highly-anticipated Halloween celebration known as “The Haunting.” But that’s not all; leaks also suggest that other iconic figures like Skeletor from He-Man, Spawn, and Ash Williams from the Evil Dead series may join the ranks of Call of Duty operators.

This release date aligns with the established Call of Duty update schedule, which typically sees major updates every two months on Wednesdays. While delays are always a possibility, they appear unlikely given the game’s advanced development stage.
