Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been hit with some massive leaks that indicate some controversial villains are set to return.

Massive leaks have hit Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, suggesting a potential return of major villains from the Arkham series.

While the closed beta test for Kill the Justice League provided select players with an early look at the game before its February launch, it also resulted in significant leaks. Over the past few weeks, key scenes from the game have surfaced through leaked audio files.

Despite the expectation that leaks would diminish after a few weeks since the closed beta test, even more substantial plot details appear to have emerged. Potential spoilers for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League follow, and as is customary with leaks, it’s advisable to approach them with caution.

According to Twitter user BossBigBoss, it seems that two prominent characters from the Batman: Arkham games will make a return in Kill the Justice League. The first is Poison Ivy, who seemingly met her end in Arkham Knight but has been resurrected in this game, albeit in a child version of herself. The resurrection might be explained by the survival of a part of her, although she returns in a distinctly different state.

While the return of Poison Ivy might be somewhat justifiable, the leak also suggests the resurrection of the Joker, who famously died at the end of Arkham City. Arkham Knight faced criticism for not fully committing to this storyline, as the Joker continued to appear throughout the game in hallucinations. Thus, the Joker’s return in Kill the Justice League, if the leaks are accurate, comes as a surprise.

A brief video clip of the Joker circulating on social media depicts him with a markedly different appearance from previous games, hinting that he may not be the familiar Joker. However, without accompanying audio, it remains uncertain whether this is meant to be the same character or an alternate version.

Despite the significant nature of these leaks, there is a possibility that they are taken out of context. Leaker mmmmmmmmiller has responded to the recent leaks, emphasizing that some details are being misconstrued and that many aspects are inaccurately portrayed. It is prudent to withhold harsh judgment until the authenticity of the leaks can be verified.
